Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS
You have seven working days from the time you get your item to request a return for a credit note. Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required. Refunds in cash or on credit cards are not available. All returns will be in the form of a credit note which is valid for one year. DAMAGES
We are not liable for damages in transit. Please inspect your order when it arrives and share the package opening video ( mandatory ) if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right. In this scenario, we will provide you a label and arrange for the merchandise to be picked up. Goods are classified as faulty if they are damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit only, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.
COLOURS
We have done all in our power to appropriately reflect the colours of our products on our website. We cannot, however, guarantee that the colour representation on your monitor will be correct due to differences in computer monitors.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for sale items or items purchased using a credit note, gift coupon or offer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Customised products cannot be exchanged or returned.
